Stylist Giulia Buongiovanni

The City of  Ferragamo, Gucci, Pucci, da Vinci, Michelangelo, Brunelleschi

What I mostly love of the fashion world are trend forecasting, styling, and research: I love the ‘latest’ and keeping updated on what’s new in fashion. A good appeal, a good “way to dress”, is a very important key of personal wellness: if you feel good, comfortable, and beautiful in what you’re wearing, people will note it, and your approach to society will be far better.

Pistoia, Italy

Guilia was born in a family of weavers and seamstresses, I still remember the first gift from my grandma – a sketchbook. I studied Textile Design during high school at the Art Institute and later graduated with a Fashion Design and Clothing Construction degree at SMR – Fashion School.

I worked at “Lorenzo de’Medici” Institute as a professor and started my career at “L.A.B.A.” as a professor for Chinese students and lab assistants. In Vietnam I developed collections and styling for a local brand, working on fabrics combination, tech packs, and sizes development, and later as a developer for a leather pattern developer for some of the most famous pret-a-porter brands.

Currently, I am a stylist and fashion expert for a luxury experiences agency based in Europe, working on shopping experiences and fashion styling; I also develop trend-books and mood boards for some Italian brands and yarn manufacturers.
